It is the season of sale and ahead of the festival of lights, Flipkart is hosting the Big Diwali Sale on its website between November 1 and November 5. During the sale, the company is offering interesting deals and discounts on the purchase of smartphones and other accessories. While the e-retailer is offering lucrative discount options on the purchase of popular smartphones like the iPhone 8, Nokia 6.1, Poco F1, Pixel 2 XL and others, arguably the most lucrative offer is on the LG G7 ThinQ.
The LG G7 ThinQ was launched in India at a price of Rs 39,990 and the Indian e-retailer is offering a discount of Rs 10,000 on the purchase of the device. This means that the phone will be available for Rs 29,999 during the sale.
Additionally, Flipkart is offering an instant discount of 10 per cent to the customers who pay for their purchase using their SBI card. It is possible that you may not have this card with you, but SBI is a popular bank so all probably all you have to do is ask around and you will find that your friend or relative will have one card that you can use. If you use the SBI card to buy the LG G7 ThinQ, you will get the phone for Rs 27,000. Now, that is some deal.

Telecom firms are back to square one  The Supreme Court order disallowing telecom operators from using Aadhaar for verification will prolong the time taken to get mobile phone connections and could increase customer acquisition costs by as much as 10 times.  “With enrolment via Aadhaar, we took 30 minutes to get a customer on board and now one will have to wait for 5-6 days for our officers to go to their addresses and verify their details. TCS conducts online test to hire engineering graduates; move aimed at covering larger talent base While TCS is moving toward a digitised process of hiring, the company is not ending the campus recruitment process, says the company. IT services bellwether, TCS, will focus more on online tests to recruit fresh engineering graduates. The move could be of great significance for students who would otherwise have been deprived of campus placements because of their colleges.
